This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you send us an enquiry through our form, or when you email us. Through the form we receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • whether your property is within Greater Lisbon, its current management status and condition, and whether you are a non-resident;
  • any message you choose to write.

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your data to answer your enquiry and to assess whether we can work together. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and, where you ask us for it, the steps needed before entering into an agreement. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Who handles your data

We use trusted providers to run our enquiry process: Tally (the enquiry form), Airtable (where enquiries are stored) and our email provider. They process data on our behalf and only for this purpose. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer must be covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement: up to 24 months.
  • If you become a client: for 5 years after the agreement ends, to meet our legal and tax obligations.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of them, email info@tealproperties.eu.

7. Complaints

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies only. No tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
